Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Do Immigration Services Cost?
A standard, one hour consultation is $150, in-person consults are $200, with emergency consultations costing $300. Once you are a client I charge a flat fee.
Do I Need a Lawyer for a Green Card Interview?
No, you’re not required to have a lawyer for your green card interview. However, there are a lot of benefits to having an attorney for your green card process, from ensuring your documentation is correct to preparing you for the interview so you avoid saying the wrong thing. Green card delays (or a denial) can cost you more in the long run. Our office is proud to provide in-person representation at all interviews at the Raleigh-Durham US Citizenship and Immigration Services office.
Do I Need an Immigration Lawyer to Immigrate to the US?
No, you aren’t required to hire a lawyer for your US immigration case, and many people do manage the process themselves. If you decide to hire an immigration attorney, you’ll work with someone who’s handled many cases like yours. They’ll take care of your immigration application from start to finish, helping you avoid costly mistakes or delays and giving you the peace of mind that you’ll know what to expect.
